He also helped England beat Argentina 3-2 in a thrilling match at Geneva. Sven has taken charge of 59 matches since his appointment as England Head Coach And there are more matches to come. Sven is the third longest serving Manager behind sir Alf Ramsey and sir Bobby Robson Sven has been the recipient of flak from the English media Much of it for off-the-pitch matters With His affairs with Ulrika Jonsson and a P.A. at the F.A, Faria Alam. The Fa announced that Sven-Goran Eriksson with leave England after the world cup. I feel that Sven has had a lot of bad press about him that has contributed for his resignation. I for one feel that Sven was one of the best managers / head coaches England has had in a long time. I really hope the press now leave him and our England players alone to concentrate on bringing home the cup for the second time. All I can do is wish Sven all the best and bring home the cup and to get his own back on the press.
